Integrated Corporation and its subsidiaries (collectively “Integrated”) are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with a positive experience in using our products and services (“Service” or “Services”).

Information Collection and Use

The Intervex app is provided by Integrated and is intended for use by our customers and product users. To provide you with a better experience, we may require you to provide us with certain information or permission to provide you with better service while keeping your account secure, this may include the following:

To keep your app running and to keep the Services running, we require access to your device’s storage in order to preserve the app’s most current status and data.
To provide mobile attendance and door access services, we require access to your Bluetooth and location permissions.
To provide face recognition login, we require access to your camera permissions. In the event that your device’s camera is integrated with its microphone module, we would require permissions to both.
In order to ensure normal and stable use of the Services and to keep your account secure, we will require access to your device’s unique device identification. On some devices, this may require us to obtain your call (telephone) function permission.

Service Providers

In order to provide a better user experience, the app uses third party services. The role of such third parties is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other unauthorized purpose. We will only share your user information for necessary, specific and legitimate purposes. This means that only user information necessary to provide the Services will be shared. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, if you choose to use the Service, you agree that we and our authorized third parties may use the information collected for other services and purposes including to improve the operation and maintenance of the Services. Privacy Policy

Enabling them means that you agree to let us collect and use the personal information relating to that feature. By turning them off, we will cease to collect and/or use your personal information, however, we will no longer be able to offer you the related Service. Your decision to turn off any permission does not affect the processing of personal information previously authorized by you.

The Company reserves the right to periodically revise this Privacy Policy. The applicable terms and conditions are confirmed periodically by the user at their own responsibility.

If the terms of this Privacy Policy conflict with laws and regulations, the clause shall be replaced with a clause that reflects its intention and has the same main content to the extent permitted by laws and regulations. In this case, the other provisions remain unchanged and continue to apply.
